Pastor Sean Lee

Senior Pastor

Pastor Sean is a founding member of the Chinese Bible Church of Greater Lowell (CBCGL) in1989. In the past, he has served as a deacon, minister, and elder at this church. His burden is to serve alongside the church’s ministry team, with the purpose of equipping the saints for the work of ministry and building up the body of Christ.

Pastor Nathan Willems

CrossPoint Community Ministry

Pastor Nathan has been at CBCGL for over one-third of its 30+year history. He joined CBCGL as a seminarian in 2005. He became the Youth Minister in 2008. He was ordained in 2012. After having served for 10.5 years as the youth minister/pastor, Nathan responded to the call of God to be the Pastor of the English-speaking congregation beginning in 2021.

Pastor Nathan grew up in Iowa. He attended Northwestern College (Go Red Raiders!) where he earned an undergraduate degree in Sociology. He also attended Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, where he earned his M.Div (Master of Divinity) in 2008 and his D.Min (Doctor of Ministry) Degree in 2022.

He is married to his lovely wife Angie. They have three kids Alethea, Caleb, and Naomi. Pastor Nathan and Angie live in Westford, MA.

Minister Katherine Lu

Children Ministry

Born and raised in Massachusetts, Katherine grew up at Chinese Bible Church of Greater Boston and was called by God to ministry in her teen years. After confirmation of God’s calling on her life, she received her Master’s in Divinity at Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary. She served as an associate pastor for a multicultural church plant for a year before coming to Chinese Bible Church of Greater Lowell to serve as the children’s minister.

Minister Jin Kim

Youth Ministry

Minister Jin Kim grew up in Alameda, CA, San Francisco Bay Area. He surrendered to Christ in his 1st year of college at UC Santa Barbara and was baptized in the oceans with Calvary Chapel. Since then, he has been seeking to evangelize and share Christ at every opportunity desiring everyone to be born again. He has served in various ministerial capacities in the Korean heritage churches in California, and in Calgary and Toronto Canada. He has also taught Bible and Church History to 8th-10th graders at Bradford Christian Academy in Bradford, MA. 

He received his M. Div. at Golden Gate Baptist Theological Seminary, and M.A. in Old Testament and Biblical Languages at Gordon Conwell (2010-2013) in hopes of becoming a professor. 

He is married to Jinyoung Ruth Jo and is a father to three wonderful children, Elijah (2011), Erena (2014), and Elisa (2023). He is a fan of the 49ers, and likes to play disc golf. He enjoys playing chess in his free time and boardgames with his family. 

He has been coming to CBCGL since October of 2023 and became the full time youth minister in June of 2024. He loves the youth here and prays for them to become good sheep and good shepherds of Jesus Christ (Matt. 28:18-20). His life verse is John 21:17.

Pastor Raymond Lee

Visiting Preaching Pastor

Rev. Raymond C. Lee is a pastor and mission-driven business entrepreneur. He received his Master of Education Administration from Harvard University and Master of Arts in Theological Studies from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary (GCTS). His passion is to see the application of God’s Word to every area of life, from the heart and mind to our families, workplace, business and cities of the world. His ministry has spanned close to 40 years of service to different churches, including Chinese Bible Church of Greater Boston (youth, English and Associate Pastor), Gordon College (Dean of the Chapel), Lowell Mission Church (Voluntary Pastor), Faith Community Church (Voluntary Senior Pastor) and now as Visiting Preaching Pastor of CBCGL. Rev. Lee operates businesses in the US and HK, and together with his wife, Priscilla, co-lead the Oasis Group, an urban mission-driven company. Mrs. Lee is a graduate of GCTS, and also a trustee of the seminary. The Lees are joint authors of a book published in HK: “Tapping Into The Inexhaustible Power of God.”
