And Jesus came and said to them, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.” (Matthew 28:18-20)
As a Bible-believing church, our aim is to fulfill the Great Commission because this is the last command that the resurrected Christ gave to his disciples before the Ascension.
Over the past three decades, we have supported nearly 30 missionaries in North and South America, Africa, Europe, and Asia. We encourage young people to go on cross-cultural missions trips to areas like Costa Rica, and both families and individuals participate in annual short-term missions trips to the UK in late December to witness the love of Christ to local Chinese and international students.
May each and every one of us be an ambassador of the kingdom of God, understanding His will, responding to His call, and stepping out of our comfort zones to harvest his crops near or far.
And I heard the voice of the Lord saying, “Whom shall I send, and who will go for us?” Then I said, “Here I am! Send me.” (Isaiah 6:8)
